5 Habits That Help Me To Be More Productive

1. Sleep at least 8 hours

Deep thoughts, wondering why you don’t have a dog, anxiety about the future, ideating social media posts- these are usually the types of things that cross your mind at night. However, in order to start tomorrow off right, you MUST sleep at least 8 hours so your body and mind feel rejuvenated.

If you can’t sleep, these are some recommendations that might help: exercise, turn off all the lights (including your phone), write down your emotions, think of 5 things you were thankful for that day.



2. Be thankful

When we receive a present, most of the time it’s nice, isn’t it? Well, we should feel that way every day because each day is a gift, and we must be thankful for everything we have right now. Be confident that you will get what you want because you’re working towards it.



3. Wake up with an intention

Have you ever heard about the law of attraction? It’s true. You are your thoughts, so be careful about what you ask for intentionally or unintentionally. Waking up with an intention will get you one step closer to your goal, and it will make you happier.



4. Exercise

The power of exercise is real. It will make you feel like a whole new person with a new attitude. It doesn’t matter how many minutes; any amount of time is better than nothing.


Be ready for the best ( in conclusion)

I’m not saying that you are going to win a million dollars out of nowhere, or that love is going to knock on your door one day; what I’m saying is that a positive attitude for sure will attract the best things in life, and you will need to be ready to receive them.
