Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and I thought it’d be a great time to remind everyone of something important - SELF-CARE.
It doesn’t matter if you are with a partner or if you are single. It doesn’t matter if you are planning on celebrating that day or deciding to skip it. No matter what it’s important to be aware and maintain a healthy positive relationship with yourself.
Do the things you like the most, even the simplest things count. Go on a walk, sing in the shower, take a break, buy that ticket, apply for that job.
Here are some of the ways I personally practice self-care:
Do you want to feel sexy and feel comfortable? Get some new pajamas! My recommendation is the Satin Cami & Short set from Victoria’s Secret. Very colorful and cute.
Staying in for the weekend? Mask time! I’m still experimenting, the first mask I tried was CVS Pharmacy Cucumber Cooling Peel Off Mask. Not bad, it left my skin smooth.
